The Cremation Process
Our cremation unit is on site, so your pet does not leave the property. We only process one pet at a time, so no chance of getting someone else's loved one's cremains. The process of pet cremation uses extreme heat (1650 degrees) and evaporation in the cremation chamber to reduce the body to its basic elements which are referred to as cremains. The cremains are in fact bone fragments which are then reduced to a sand like state. The unit was built by Matthews, a company well known for building human and animal cremation units. There is no damage to the environment.

I have loved, breed, trained, shown and been loved by many Chinese Shar-Pei for over 35 years. I had multiple pets of different breeds and some mixed previous to that. I have had a pet of some kind all my life. I know the bond shared between you and your pet. I also know the feeling when it comes time to day goodbye. You want to be loving and respectful of that relationship. To some people cremation is how they choose to show that love.

After loosing many pets thru the years, moving and having to leave them there, I decided cremation was the way for me in the future. As I experienced the process, the people that helped me became very close to me, because I knew they cared. During these times I decided if I ever got the opportunity to open a crematory I would, so I could help others like I had been thru the years.

I have been in the monument business for 25 years. It is a very rewarding business helping people celebrate the life lived of their loved one. However in the short time I have been in the pet cremation business I would have never believed how rewarding this would be also.

So when the opportunity arrived, there was no second thought, I just did it! Thank you for letting me share this with you.
